To initiate a return of an item, please contact us & supply your order number, and reason for return. We will email you back return info. All returned items must be sent back prepaid. Returns must be received back to us within 10 days of your request or the return will not be accepted. If the broken or defective item is over $25.00, please email a picture of the damage.
